The quality of a full-color display can be check from following aspects:

1.Smoothness  

The smoothness of the LED display should be within ±1mm to ensure the display image does not distort. Partial raised or recessed of the screen will leads to blind angle. For smoothness mainly determined by the production process.    


2. Brightness and viewing angle

Indoor full-color led screen brightness need more than 800cd/m2, outdoor need more than 2500cd/m2,otherwise it will be too low brightness to see the displayed image. The brightness is mainly determined by the quality of the LEDs chip.

The viewing angle directly determines the number of display audiences, so the bigger in viewing angle will be the better. The size of the viewing angle is mainly determined by LEDs’ encapsulation


3. White balance effect

The white balance effect is one of the most important indicators of the display. When the ratio of  red, green, and blue three colors is 1:4.6:0.16, pure white is displayed. If the actual ratio is slightly deviated, there will be a white balance deviation. Generally, it should be noted whether the white color is bluish or yellowish. Green phenomenon. The quality of white balance is mainly determined by the display's control system, and the LEDs chip also has an impact on the reproducibility of the color.


4. Reducibility of the color

The reproducibility of color means the reproducibility of the display screen to color, and the color of the display screen must be highly consistent with the color of the playback source, so as to ensure the realism of the image.


5.Is there a mosaic or dead point phenomenon

Mosaic means long light or long dark area on the LED display. This is due to the bad of the module. The main reason for this question is that the quality of the connectors be used in the display is not critical.

The dead point means the long light or long darkness single point that appears on the LED display . The number of dead spots is mainly determined by the quality of the LEDs chip.


6.There is no color block

he color block means the obvious color difference between adjacent modules.The color block phenomenon is mainly caused by the poor control system, low grayscale, and low scan frequency.
