The cabinet plays an important role in the display, which can not only protect the internal components, but also it is convenient for transportation and maintenance. 1. Iron cabinet

The iron cabinet is commonly used in the market. It features low price, good sealing and flexibility in shape and structure. However, its disadvantages are also very obvious. The cabinet made of iron is too heavy, which is not very convenient for installation and transportation. In addition, its strength and precision are not excellent enough, and it is easy to get rusted after a long-term use.

 

2. Die-cast aluminum cabinet

Die-cast aluminum cabinets are often used in rental displays. It is characterized by high strength and precision, and light weight. More importantly, it supports seamless splicing and have better effects. The die-casting aluminum LED display is formed by one-time mold; thus, the flatness of the cabinet is more guaranteed, and the tolerance range is effectively controlled. Reliable, light in weight, using hoisting structure, more convenient and firmer to install; using imported power connectors, the connection is safer and more reliable. The signal and power cables between the cabinets are connected in a concealed way, and no traces of the cables can be seen after installation.

3. Carbon fiber cabinet

The carbon fiber cabinet is ultra-thin in thickness, light in weight, good in strength, with tensile strength of 1, 500kg, and the weight per square meter is only 9.4kg. The fully modular design makes maintenance more convenient. It could realize 90-degree splicing and installation of the screen. At the same time, non-transparent backboard is provided. Therefore, it is suitable for large-scale installation in the field of stadiums and outdoor advertising scenarios.

 

4. Aluminum alloy cabinet

The density is relatively small, the strength is very high, and the heat dissipation is good, the shock absorption is good, and it is able to withstand a certain load capacity.

 

5. Magnesium alloy cabinet

Magnesium alloys are alloys composed of magnesium-based elements. Its characteristics are low density, high strength, good heat dissipation, and good shock absorption. Its impact load capacity is greater than that of aluminum alloy, and it features good corrosion resistance to organic substances and alkalis. Magnesium alloys are used as LED display cabinets with high cost performance, easy installation, and excellent heat dissipation, which makes the products more market-leading. But at the same time, the price of magnesium alloy cabinet is also higher than cabinets made of other materials.
