Large led display produces color difference is mainly due to the following problem:
1: Selected with different grades brightness and wavelength of led in same screen;
2: As result of the flatness cannot ensure consistent between each module and the box body, there are minor differences of installation flatness in each led display module plastic shell, each module of LED in welding with the circuit board of the vertical angle of the small differences, glue of residual LED in the glue will influence the consistency of the screen body.
The measures to reduce the color difference:
In view of the above three reasons, may take the following measures, to eliminate color differences:
1：Adopts the professional plastic irrigation equipment, strictly control the glue quantity is the same and prevents the glue spilled on the LED. At present, because many led display supplier in order to control the production cost, most of them still by hand gluing, which is the major reason why currently LED display appears color difference.
2：Produce the specialized shaping tools. After the wave soldering had finished, precise integer for led on each module, to ensure that the vertical angle between led module and circuit are equal. At present, many of the led displays manufacturer in the cosmetic process only watch with the naked eye, which affects a large extent the consistency of the color of each module.
3: Single module brightness control technology: it is used to change the color of the LED module to regulate the average current brightness of the module, achieve the purpose of eliminating poor brightness uniformity.
4: In a same led display screen must choose the same brand, same size, same grade, same brightness and wavelength of the LED.
