1: Touching the ground:
To the led displays manufacturer, that is connected to the electrostatic discharge through the wire into the earth directly, this is the most direct and effective measures in the Anti-static. For the conductors, the usually method of touching ground are that we require the artificial use of tools ground, with a grounding wrist strap and work table surface grounding, etc.
（1）In the process of led display production ,we require the workman must wear a grounding wrist strap .Especially in the process of the cut led feet , plug, debugging and the welding, and we have to do a good job of monitoring, quality control personnel must at least once every two hours do a static bracelet test, then do well the test record.
（2）When in the welding, soldering iron should be used anti-static low-temperature soldering iron, and maintain of the good grounding.
（3）In the assembly process of led display screen, as much as possible with a ground line of low voltage DC electric screwdriver (commonly known as an electric screwdriver).
（4）Ensure the production of pull station, filling glue units, aging aircraft are effective grounding.
（5）The requirement of production laid the copper grounding, such as floors, walls, ceiling and some occasions, etc, should use anti-static material. Typically, we can use ordinary gypsum wallboard and lime paint, but prohibit the use of plastic or plastic ceiling and common wallpaper.
