a. Cabinet Material. Instead of sheet metal, we select Aluminum extrusion. In this way we get the cabinet weight much lower. In addition, the smooth surface of Aluminum extrusion helps much to make no gaps between cabinets.
b. Fixing Devices. "S" shaple locks by the side of cabinet are for the fixing in horizontal direction; adjustable fixing pole on the middle top of the cabinet is for the fixing in vertical direction, and when in hanging installation, it is the device to bear the load.

90% the mentioned devices are the same in the cabinets made in China. The reason is that to save cost, most manufacturers purchase the same finished devices from market.
But we open the dedicated mould, so the devices in our cabinets are unique, and perform better in safety, stability and quick installation!

Truss Beam:

For a stacking configuration, it's very easy to DIY the back up structure anywhere.For a hanging configuration, we recommend the Truss Beams: the single truss beam covers a width of one rental cabinet and the dual truss beam covers two cabinets.

The truss beam has the same locking mechanism as the head of rental cabinets. Each truss beam is equipped with one big hoist eyebolt, used to lift up the display; and two smaller safety eyebolts to secure the truss beam with the truss installation.

Flight Case:

The rental led displays are transported frequently from one location to another. So for the convenience of easy transport and saving the labor, also to protect the cabinets better, we recommend the flight case. In each case, generally you can have 2-4 led display cabinets loaded.
